Shipping Policy:
One of the best way to understand Customer Service is to be a consumer too. When we have purchase product from vendors we have found that good communication on the delivery of that product makes the transaction go much smoother. At Wrong Way RC, we will always endeavor to ship your order promptly. Our policy is to ship orders within two business days although many times it will be sooner. Once your order is processed and shipped we will send via email the ship date and details. If you have not heard from us by the end of two business days it means that we were not able to fulfill your order and are already trying to contact you via your email and/or phone number.

What About USA Domestic Shipping?

Wrong Way RC will utilize Priority Mail via the United Postal Service on most orders. Shipping costs can be found in the below schedule. As you can see, the more we can get in a single shipment…. What About International Shipping?

Our shopping cart is a USA only shopping cart and cannot take foreign address. We can ship outside the USA and would best serve you by first giving you a quote for the product and shipping and any known shipping restrictions to your country.
